COVID-19: We have resumed our in-person sessions. Masks and temperature measurements are required. Virtual sessions are still available.
Our dad, Randolph Scott, called our CEO/Founder, Sarranda Scott, home from school and work to help assist our mother in caring for him. A little over a month after Sarranda returned home, our father passed -- August 3, 2011.
Consequently, our CEO was left without work. However, we all know that God always makes something good come from terrible situations. As a result of Sarranda's inability to find work, God birthed The Randolph Scott Memorial Learning Academy as a homeschool. Year after year, our services have expanded. We now offer tutoring sessions for major subject areas and test prep, as well as various support programs.
In 2018, our seventh year of operation, we changed our name to Randolph Scott Academy.
As of March 2019, we were approved to begin operating as an incorporated non-profit business under the name: Randolph Scott Academy, Inc.
